Lets see how the anabolic side effects on vital organs and body is protected by the various Medicine research and advances. Medifit Incorp strictly follows the protocol of following medicines to protect your body from health hazards of Anabolic Steroids and other drugs.

HEART – Alpha & Beta blockers, ACE inhibitors etc

(Atenolol, Propranolol, Prazosin, Enalapril)

During anabolic cycle the action of steroid on muscle as well as on the heart muscle, hence during the cycle we require vital Heart protection medicine. Below some heart protection medicines details are as follows

Atenolol-

Atenolol is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. It also is used to prevent angina (chest pain) and improve survival after a heart attack. Atenolol is in a class of medications called beta blockers. It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure.

Propranolol

Belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers. (INN) is a sympatholytic non-selective beta blocker. Sympatholytics are used to treat hypertension, anxiety and panic. It was the first successful beta blocker developed. Propranolol is available in generic form as Propranolol Hydrochloride;

It is used to:

• treat high blood pressure, an enlarged heart muscle or tremors
• treat angina pectoris (pain in the chest caused by blockages in the arteries leading to the heart) or high blood pressure caused by a tumour near a kidney (phaeochromocytoma)
• help prevent additional heart attacks
• control irregular or fast heart beats
• control fast heart rate and other symptoms caused by an overactive thyroid gland
• to reduce migraine attacks
• calm people who are anxious or worried
• prevent stomach bleeding in patients with high blood pressure in their liver or swollen blood vessels in their gullet.

Prazosin

Prazosin is orally active and has a minimal effect on cardiac function due to its alpha-1 receptor selectivity. However, when prazosin is initially started, heart rate and contractility go up in order to maintain the pre-treatment blood pressures because the body has reached homeostasis at its abnormally high blood pressure.
Prazosin is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. Prazosin is in a class of medications called alpha-blockers. It works by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily through the body.

Enalapril

Enalapril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used in the treatment of hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, and some types of chronic heart failure. ACE converts the peptide hormone angiotensin I to angiotensin II.
Vasoconstriction of blood vessels resulting in an increase in blood pressure.
Enalapril is also used to treat a disorder of the ventricles (the lower chambers of the heart that allow blood to flow out of the heart). This disorder can decrease the heart’s ability to pump blood to the body.

CHOLESTEROL – Statin group medicines

(Rosuvastatin, atorvastatin )

Anabolic steroids + Cholesterol diet like Chicken, eggs, fish etc increases bad cholesterol in body. To reduce this bad cholesterol we take statin group medicines, which prevents blocking of blood vessels by bad cholesterol.

Rosuvastatin-

The primary uses of rosuvastatin is for the treatment of dyslipidemia. It is recommended to be used only after other measures such as diet, exercise, and weight reduction have not improved cholesterol levels.
Rosuvastatin is used together with diet, weight-loss, and exercise to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke and to decrease the chance that heart surgery will be needed in people who have heart disease or who are at risk of developing heart disease.
Rosuvastatin is in a class of medications called HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins).
Rosuvastatin is also used to decrease the amount of cholesterol (a fat-like substance) and other fatty substances in the blood in adults

Atorvastatin

Atorvastatin is in a group of drugs called HMG CoA reductase inhibitors, or “statins.” Atorvastatin reduces levels of “bad” cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, or LDL) and triglycerides in the blood, while increasing levels of “good” cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, or HDL).
Atorvastatin is used to treat high cholesterol, and to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart complications in people with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, or other risk factors.
As with other statins, atorvastatin is a competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase. Unlike most others, however, it is a completely synthetic compound. HMG-CoA reductase catalyzes the reduction of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) to mevalonate, which is the rate-limiting step in hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis. Inhibition of the enzyme decreases de novo cholesterol synthesis, increasing expression of low-density lipoprotein receptors (LDL receptors) on hepatocytes. This increases LDL uptake by the hepatocytes, decreasing the amount of LDL-cholesterol in the blood. Like other statins, atorvastatin also reduces blood levels of triglycerides and slightly increases levels of HDL-cholesterol.

ULCERS – PPI medicines

(Pantoprazole, Rabeprazole)

During the cycle we take anabolic steroids & protein supplements also, plus we take all vital protection medicine along with vitamin tablets, all this oral tablet, will lead to the acidity, ulcer in stomach, pain in abdomen, nausea hence we also required PPI medication below is the details of the drug information

Pantoprazole

Pantoprazole is in a group of drugs called proton pump inhibitors(PPI). It decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach.
Pantoprazole is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and possible injury of the esophagus (the tube between the throat and stomach)

Rabeprazole

Rabeprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in your stomach.
Acid is produced naturally in your stomach to help you digest food and to kill bacteria. This acid is irritant so your body produces a natural mucous barrier which protects the lining of your stomach. In some people, this barrier breaks down allowing the acid to damage the stomach, causing inflammation, ulcers and other conditions. In other people there may be a problem with the muscular band at the top of the stomach that keeps the stomach tightly closed. This may allow the acid to escape and irritate the oesophagus. This is called ‘acid reflux’ and can cause heartburn and/or oesophagitis.

Proton pump inhibitors such as rabeprazole stop cells in the lining of the stomach from producing too much acid. This helps to prevent ulcers from forming, or assists the healing process where damage has already occurred. By decreasing the amount of acid, they can also help to reduce the symptoms of acid reflux disease, such as heartburn.

Rabeprazole is also used as one part of a treatment to get rid of Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium found in the stomach, which can cause ulcers.

BRAIN – Benzodiazepines & other medicines acting on CNS
(Alprazolam, diazepam)

During the anabolic steroid cycle as our dose will increase it give irritation to brain and we get headache, anxiety, sleep disturb, irritation , behavior changes in our body for this vital protection our institute will give the medicine to protect you from this symptoms

Alprazolam

Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety disorders and panic disorder (sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry about these attacks). Alprazolam is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. It works by decreasing abnormal excitement in the brain.
Alprazolam belongs to a group of drugs called benzodiazepines (ben-zoe-dye-AZE-eh-peens). It works by slowing down the movement of chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced. This results in a reduction in nervous tension (anxiety).
Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and anxiety caused by depression.
Alprazolam is mostly used to treat anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and nausea due to chemotherapy. The FDA label advises that the physician should periodically reassess the usefulness of the drug.

Diazepam

Diazepam is a benzodiazepine (ben-zoe-dye-AZE-eh-peens). It affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause anxiety.
Diazepam has a broad spectrum of indications (most of which are off-label), including:
Treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, and states of agitation
Treatment of neurovegetative symptoms associated with vertigo
Short-term treatment of insomnia

BRAIN SIDE EFFECTS & ANABOLIC ADDICTION

We atMedifit Biologicals

consider the addiction and brain side effects very seriously.

Let’s understand what are these side effects?

Even though anabolic steroids do not cause the same high as other drugs, steroids are reinforcing and can lead
to addiction. Studies have shown that animals will self-administer steroids when given the opportunity,
just as they do with other addictive drugs. People may persist in abusing steroids despite physical problems
and negative effects on social relationships, reflecting these drugs’ addictive potential.

Also, steroid abusers typically spend large amounts of time and money obtaining the
drug—another indication of addiction.

Individuals who abuse steroids can experience withdrawal symptoms when they stop taking them—including
mood swings, fatigue, restlessness, loss of appetite, insomnia, reduced sex drive, and steroid cravings,
all of which may contribute to continued abuse. One of the most dangerous withdrawal symptoms is
depression—when persistent, it can sometimes lead to suicide attempts.
Research has found that some steroid abusers turn to other drugs such as opioids to
counteract the negative effects of steroids. Medifit Biologicals

takes extra efforts to explain the side effects to
all the patients and to prevent these side effects.
