Here is the list of food items which are used for Fat loss.
- Green salads
High amount of Fibres in green salads helps in Fat loss.
- Toned milk (avoid whole milk)
For fat loss, always avoid whole milk as the fat percentage in whole milk is very high. Use toned milk only which contains very less amount of fat.
- Fat free Milk
Always advisable to include fat free milk in list of fat loss foods.
